Short-term volatility might make one question one’s bullish stance. There is nothing wrong in being bullish all the time. For a good reason: The Indian economy is on a long-term growth path. As it grows at a faster rate, the earnings of companies across different sectors and segments will grow as well. And it is earnings that drive stock prices. But yes, given the fact that valuations are high, one needs to be more selective in buying stocks.
