The latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index reported a 3.8% annual increase for November, 2024. Their 10-City Composite increased 4.9% and their 20-City Composite increased 4.3%, year-over-year.
“With the exception of pockets of above-trend performance, national home prices are trending below historical averages…” Said Brian D. Luke, Head of Commodities, Real & Digital Assets at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI).
